Well, when you don't run...you don't post. After my 'hot run' earlier in the week I never fully recovered physically. I was sick to my stomach all week, and couldn't sleep well - logging only 3 hours Thursday night before working 12hrs Friday, not good. But I finally got my appetite back Friday and some good sleep and feel almost 100% today. I'm meeting up with my cousin-in-law for a 4.5mile run tomorrow morning and I'm excited to try out the 'Galloway method' again for this LR! It worked last week!
I also forced Hubster to watch 'Running On The Sun' tonight, it inspired and amazed both of us. What an amazing movie (and feat to finish that race!!). Ps - to those who have seen it, how funny was the part "You're running up hill" "Thank You" lol! I don't know why but this part cracked me up!!
Hope everyone has a great weekend! I'm headed to the House of Mouse for a night tomorrow! :)
I'm gonna watch that some day now :D You inspired me :D get better and keep yourself well. Better to take a week off than to push yourself too hard and get sick!

ReplyDeleteGlad you're feeling better. Hot runs can be so draining! However, I kinda wish I'd lose my appetite here for a couple weeks before I go to the beach. lol
