Tomorrow I make my first trek to a running store! I've been running in (don't kill me) random running shoes I bought off the shelf at a sports store. Not the worst option, but I think I've dedicated enough time to this sport to invest in some REAL shoes! :) The nearest running store is also over an hour away, otherwise I really feel this purchase would already have been made. :)
I had a good run tonight, 2 miles on the treadmill for 23:40. I ran for 1/2 mile at 6mph! That's super fast for me lol. I love how fast the mile ticks by at that speed. :)

The best shoes I ever bought were from running stores becuase they can see you run on them and ascertain if they are truly the right shoe for you based on your gait. Highly recomend it!
