My 1st Giveaway!

*1st I want to put a little disclaimer out there for yesterday's post. I would never advocate running through true pain (ie, knee, cramp, tear, etc) if it is serious. In the post I was referring to the general pains our bodies have when trying to push beyond what is 'comfortable', the aches and pains that are part of the running life. :)

I've been complaining a lot lately about the heat, humidity, and the sweaty soaked state I seem to return home in each day. One of these complaints has been the sweat rolling down and burning my eyes. A lot of my bloggy-friends have suggested a good hat or headband for this problem. Well, I have a big head (Literally, not figuratively lol) so hats are generally too small for my noggin, and those cute little sports headbands always pop off the top of my head as I run. No cute cheerleader look for me.

I decided I wanted to give these awesome looking headbands a try, so I ordered one and mentioned to Rebecca (Managing Director, BondiBand) that I heard about BondiBand on another blog. She was so nice and sent me three extra for a giveaway on my blog!! 

I've had mine at the house for a few days now and was super excited to go out this morning for my run with it on. I'll be honest, I was a little nervous about slippage while running due to previous experiences with headbands, but I can honestly say that it didn't budge the entire time!! No more annoying hair-clips, no bangs in my eyes, no sweat rolling down! Awesome!! It was so comfy and kept me feeling good throughout my run (not to mention stylish).
